A key feature of good college life is active participation in student societies, where real education starts once the formal teaching is over.

IILM Undergraduate Business School students find that from the day one of the orientation that they have a ready-made community-a distinctive strength fostered by rigorous classes, team projects and a strong bonding between the faculty and the students. To foster the belongingness in the students, IILM Undergraduate Business School provides a platform to students to pursue both academic and non-academic interests. Their academic interests are taken care of by the seminars, paper presentations and industrial visits. Their non-academic interests are taken care of by the various societies that are operational at IILM Undergraduate School. The institute has a host of societies from which the student can choose and obtain membership. The students of IILM have to join at least one of these societies, with a maximum of three according to their areas of interest.
