IILM is an Associate Institute of the University of Bradford and offers undergraduate programmes of the School of Management, University of Bradford.
The University of Bradford located in Bradford, Yorkshire which is 200 miles by road from London, has the prestigious EQUIS accreditation from the European Foundation for Management Development for the quality of its teaching. The Business School has also recieved portfolio accreditations fr all its MBA programmes from AMBA. Their M.Sc in Human Resource Management is accredited by CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development).Their doctoral programmes are accredited by ESRC (Economic and Social Research Council) The Financial Times has (January 2010) ranked Bradford University School of Management's MBA programmeas 15th in the UK, 24th in Europe and 89th in the world.

The examinations are held at IILM, New Delhi & Gurgaon campus on fixed dates in January and May and the supplementary examinations are held in August each year. The papers are set and second marked in Bradford University, with the first marking done by the IILM faculty..
This is not a run off the mill course. It requires a great degree of focused study and critical thinking. Nevertheless, the teaching methodology and the topics covered under various modules make the process of learning easy and engrossing for the student. IILM adapts similar pedagogy of the Bradford University which prepares the student to face the rigours of post graduate degrees when they choose to apply to foreign universities.

Lectures by faculty members give students basics on how to approach the course. It becomes the starting point of thinking and reading the course.
The tutorials with small class size, take up application oriented issues, solving problems, case studies and discussions on issues concerning various topics.

Blackboard is a virtual learning environment (VLE) that enables faculty members and students to share learning material, communicate and collaborate on-line. It is web based and can therefore be accessed from any computer with a web browser and Internet connection.
Guest Lectures by eminent personalities in business and social sectors are conducted on a regular basis to provide students with valuable insight into contemporary business and industrial perspectives and the current socio-economic environment.
Industry visits are organized to provide a proper understanding of the industrial sector and relate theory to real life situation.
Most modules require coursework assignments, which may be individual or group projects, wherein students are expected to apply the concepts to real life management problems.
The faculty teaching the Bradford programme are well qualified and their appointments are also approved by the University of Bradford. Faculty from the University of Bradford visit IILM at regular intervals to meet faculty , discuss syllabi and delivery, and give lectures to the students. In addition, the Director of Studies for the programme from the University of Bradford visits IILM approximately three times each year. The Director of Studies monitors and facilitates in getting the required academic support to ensure quality and provide a similar teaching and learning experience as that of Bradford to IILM students.
At IILM we prepare our students to be the leaders of tomorrow. In the summer we provide the students with the unique opportunity of applying the skills acquired by way of a summer internship in an industry of their choice. Students can choose from amongst a wide variety of companies from different industries such as Banking and Finance, Marketing, FMCG, Hospitality etc to do a summer internship.
