Mentoring – The faculty at IILM assumes the role of a mentor to help the students as their friend, philosopher and guide. Our students have regular counseling sessions with the faculty so that they can excel beyond their own expectations and solve their problems in the most effective manner possible. This practice ensures holistic development of the students.

(B)Counselling Services
Counselling services has a three pronged approach to provide preventive counselling, promotive counselling and crisis intervention. Some of the areas in which students may seek counselling are---
Family related – homesickness, seperation, parenting, Lack of confidence – feeling worried, judged, fear of failure, depression, sadness,loneliness, helplessness, disruptive behaviour – binge eating, not eating, sleep disorder, drug / alchohol abuse, extreme stress, nervous, anxiety attack, bereavement of loved one, handling emotions, coping with difficult life situations
(C)Crisis Intervention
Drop- In Services & Hotline Services are available which allows you to seek help without appointment.
(D)Psychometric Testing
The department offers personality test, interest inventory, apttitude test, and other psychometric test as per the need of the students. These test help the students get a baseline of the areas which needs to be further developed.
