Cultural-Club-IILM-Lodhi-Road1. Cultural Club – The Cultural Club aims to celebrate diversity, promote cultural understanding, and create a space where students can come together to share their traditions, art forms, and unique perspectives. This club aims to create a platform where students can showcase their cultural heritage, engage in intercultural dialogue, and foster a sense of unity among our diverse community. It involves engaging students in cultural festivals and National Events. Our goal is to celebrate the richness and beauty of different cultures, promoting inclusivity and respect. Infact, last year students organised events such as Independence Day, Gandhi Jayanti, Suicide Prevention Day and Christmas Carnival. This club organizes a wide range of activities that members can look forward to in the upcoming session. These activities may include cultural festivals, traditional performances, language exchange programs, culinary workshops, art exhibitions, and discussions on cultural topics.

Sports Club IILM Lodhi Road2. Sports Club – Sports play a vital role in our lives, not only in promoting physical fitness but also in building character, teamwork, and discipline. The Sports Club aims to provide a platform for students to engage in various sporting activities, nurture their talents, and foster a spirit of healthy competition and camaraderie. This club aims to make every student be aware of this incredible opportunity to engage in sports, stay fit, and experience the thrill of competition. Last year in Dec’2022, our students participated in Intra College Sports Tournament – themed ‘Winter Fiesta’ with events like Cricket, Football, Volleyball. Also, Pre-Pandemic our students had participated in Football and Volleyball tournaments at All India Sports Fest ‘Chakravyuh 2019,’ Ghaziabad and during a pandemic, we had students organising events for Indoor activities like Badminton (Indoor), and Table Tennis. This club offers wide range of activities that members can look forward to under the supervision of sports club coordinator for different sports activities. The club’s leadership team, consisting of dedicated students who have a passion for sports and a desire to promote a thriving sports culture on campus. Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or a novice looking to try a new sport, IILM welcomes you to join us.

NGO-Club-IILM-Lodhi-Road3. NGO Club – NGOs (Non-Governmental Organizations) play a crucial role in addressing social issues, advocating for change, and making a positive impact in our communities. The NGO Club aims to provide a platform for students to actively engage in social service, raise awareness about important causes, and contribute to the betterment of society. Our students interacted and spent time with the underprivileged students at the Roshni Rai School, teaching and students and sensitizing them to their surroundings, hygiene and self-development. As we embark on this noble journey, this club aims to make a difference, support important causes, and contribute to the welfare of society. Also, some of our students organised Clothing Drives, wherein faculty and students donate woolen clothes to St Mary’s Orthodox Cathedral Church. Through this club, we aim to create a platform where students can actively participate in social service, advocate for social justice, and create a positive impact on the lives of others. Membership is open to all students who have a genuine passion for social service and a desire to make a difference. Whether you have prior experience in NGO work or are new to this field, IILM welcomes you to join us. The club will provide opportunities for learning, growth, and hands-on experiences.

The Entrepreneurship Development Centre aims to empower our students to become visionary leaders, creative problem-solvers, and successful entrepreneurs. It is a space where ideas are nurtured, businesses are built, and dreams are transformed into reality. We will provide an overview of the services and resources offered by the Entrepreneurship Development Centre. These may include mentorship programs, business incubation support, access to funding opportunities, workshops on business planning and marketing, networking events, and connections to industry experts. The centre will be a one-stop destination for all things entrepreneurship. We will share information on how students can become members of the Entrepreneurship Development Centre. Talking you through the highlights of last year’s – Two workshops focusing on ideas, start-ups success strategies, and various entrepreneurship styles of successful founders in the industry. Another event organised by the IILM EDC club was based on the theme ‘Growing Business through Franchise Business Model’. External industry experts were called for the session. As part of this club, we aim to have a centre’s leadership team, consisting of experienced entrepreneurs, industry professionals, and faculty members who are committed to nurturing entrepreneurial talent. They will provide guidance, mentorship, and valuable insights to our budding entrepreneurs. The Entrepreneurship Development Centre’s calendar highlights the workshops, speaker series, competitions, and other entrepreneurial events that members can look forward to. Membership is open to all students who have a passion for entrepreneurship, innovation, and business. The Students’ Council of Placements Club aims to support and guide our fellow students in their pursuit of successful careers. This club provides an incredible opportunity to receive guidance, support, and resources for the student’s career development. This club aims to cultivate a deep understanding of finance and economics through educational initiatives. Infact, last year we have organized workshops, seminars, and lectures led by industry professionals and esteemed faculty members, covering a wide range of topics, including investment strategies, macroeconomic trends, financial analysis, and more. These sessions not only broadened our members’ knowledge base but also empowered them to make informed decisions and contribute to discussions on economic and financial matters. Also, we invited guest speakers from various sectors of the financial industry, such as banking, investment management, and corporate finance, to share their experiences and insights. The core team of the finomics club organized competitions and case studies to foster practical application of financial principles. Debate-Club-IILM-Lodhi-Road9. Debate Club – Debate, as an intellectual pursuit, has been a cornerstone of human progress throughout history. It is through reasoned arguments, the exchange of ideas, and the clash of perspectives that societies have evolved, norms have been challenged, and breakthroughs have been achieved. This Club aims to continue this tradition by creating a platform where students, faculty, and staff can engage in spirited discussions, hone their debating skills, and broaden their understanding of diverse viewpoints. At its core, the Debate Club is a vibrant community of individuals who are passionate about engaging in thoughtful and respectful dialogue. Through regular meetings, we provide members with opportunities to explore a wide range of topics, from social issues and politics to ethics and philosophy. These sessions will serve as a breeding ground for critical thinking, where members can analyze complex problems, evaluate evidence, and articulate their ideas in a clear and compelling manner. Infact, our students participated in organised Vivekananda Memorial Debate (VMD), which received participation from a large number of reputed B-schools and colleges from all over India. The VMD competition is one of India’s most respected and sought after debating platforms for debaters across prestigious education institutes such as IIMs, FMS, XLRI, Hindu, St Stephens, SRCC, LSR and many more pan India. Planning for the next phase in 2023,we will organize workshops and training sessions led by experienced debaters, who will impart valuable skills such as effective argumentation, persuasive speaking, and the art of rebuttal. In addition to honing their skills within our institution, the Debate Club will actively participate in intercollegiate debate competitions and events.
