The most successful entrepreneurs are not just hardworking but also innovative and progressive. Hence entrepreneurship and innovation go hand in hand and involves ability to produce new ideas as well as provide better solutions. The greatest challenge that entrepreneurs are facing is sustenance in this highly competitive market. A study by Forbes confirms that 9 out 10 startups fail. Thus the success ratio is very less.
Further, Digital is an area that businesses can no longer ignore. One of the major issues family businesses are facing is involvement of the next generation in their business. Further it is the next generation on whom the responsibility of equipping business with the necessary digitalisation lies. Other challenges faced by family business are – transitioning to a more professional organisational structure, managing governance, managing legal challenges etc.
